November 14th A busy day for Workshops.
A glorious Saturday brought the clay and the artists outside to make pots, at Nancy Turniawan’s home. Six children and two parents were inspired by the clay and the beautiful surroundings. The morning’s work produced original coil, pinch and slab built pots as well as some Christmas presents. At the end of the workshop, one young artist greeted her father by saying, “Come see what mum made!”
Simultaneously, in town instructor Rhianna Smith was busy making masks with the children at the legion. Click on the image to see more images from that workshop.
