This is an unjuried exhibition open to ACA (GAPACC) Members.

Hours of operation are :
9: 00 to 5:00 pm Thurs – Sat.
Sunday 9:00 to 12:00 noon
TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. Art work insurance is the responsibility of the Artist
2. 100% of sales goes to the Artist (donations however will be greatfully received)
3. Each participating artist must attend /work the exhibition for a minimum one 2 hour sitting period in order to watch over the art, answer questions and pick up money of sales. (The money will be put in sealed enveloppes for each art work sold.)
Artists are stronly encouraged to supply their own easels, however we have 20 easels on hand only. Please enroll as soon as possible if you need an easel for your art work. First Come First Serve . If you require a table you must provide it. It must have folding lkegs and able to store at night.
Art works will be securely locked in the Professional Development Room at 5: 00 pm every day. Exhibition set up begins at 8 :00 pm
